Booking Terms

1. Scope

These Booking Terms (Terms & Conditions) apply to all walks, meetups, workshops and events organised by Momaly.

By booking a ticket or participating in one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

Bookings are made through our online booking platform.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking.

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include any applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Participant Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event cannot be refunded.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time. Please let us know in advance by email.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Momaly

Momaly reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make minor changes to an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Illness

  • Venue changes

  • Insufficient registrations

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If an event is cancelled by Momaly, participants will receive a full refund.

Momaly is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel expenses.

6. Photography & Video

Photos and videos may be taken during our events for use on our website, social media channels and marketing materials.

We do not publish identifiable photos showing children's faces.

If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please let us know before the event begins and we will happily respect your wishes.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat all attendees with kindness and respect.

  • Follow any instructions given by the Momaly team.

  • Ensure the safety and supervision of their children at all times.

  • Inform us of any circumstances that may affect their participation.

Momaly aims to create a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment for every family.

8. Liability

Participation in all Momaly events is voluntary and at your own risk.

Parents and caregivers remain fully responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

Momaly accepts no liability for:

  • Lost or damaged personal belongings

  • Accidents or injuries, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct by Momaly

  • Weather-related changes or interruptions beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected during bookings will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected
